  • Pittsburgh is PA’s second largest metro area and offers many opportunities for exploration, on and off the bike. It is home to the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates, and a number of professional championships. Pittsburgh is also known for the unique intersection of three rivers: Monongahela, Allegheny, and Ohio.

For a little two-wheeled fun, take a spin on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail, visit Pittsburgh’s first indoor bike park, The Wheel Mill, and explore The Bicycle Museum of America. Allegheny Co. Parks offer hundreds of miles of riverfront paths and trails for hiking and biking.

A special thanks to Barry from Dirty Harry’s (now Trek of Verona) who was instrumental in the early days of PICL’s growth in PGH. Be sure to check out the sweet pump track in Verona while you’re in the neighborhood.

The communities surrounding Boyce Park, such as Monroeville and Murrysville, offer many different options for places to eat and drink!

Local dining and sweet treat favorites include:

    Eighty Acres Kitchen and Bar

    Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza

    DeNunzio's Italian Restaurant

    Mad Mex

    The Meadows Original Frozen Custard

    Nothing Bundt Cakes

    Crumbl Cookies

While in Boyce Park, be sure to check out the swimming and wave pools. Visit the Allegheny County Pools website for ticket and group discount information.

If adrenaline is more your thing, head to Full Throttle Adrenaline Park.

  • There are plenty of lodging options in close proximity to Boyce Park. Check out hotels, airBnBs, regular old BnBs in Monroeville, Murrysville, and other Pittsburgh suburbs.

  • It is your responsibility to understand rules related to the venue, event, and NICA competitions.
