Eastern Regional Festival & Championships
The National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) and eleven NICA leagues proudly present our first-ever regional championships and youth mountain biking festival, bringing together NICA programs from across the eastern seaboard.
Raystown Radness and PICL Jam
We’ll wrap up the season with a fan favorite - camping, adventure riding, and year-end awards at Lake Raystown.

Nestled in the heart of Johnstown, Highland Park is ready and waiting to hand us that tight, twisty single track we’ve come to know and love.
Great big thanks to the Johnstown Ridgebacks for helping to build and maintain Highland Park’s trails and host us on their home turf.
Central Conference #1 - Pedal Fling at Oesterling
Huge thanks to Oesterling's for hosting an event at their home! PICL's very first event was held there and it is great to be back.
State Event #2 - Grinnin’ at Granite
That’s right…we’re still grinnin’ at Granite. With camping, amenities and trails all on-site, what’s not to smile about?!
State Event #1 - Playin’ at Penn College
Join us for PICL’s newest State Event venue, Penn College of Technology. As recent hosts of the International Baja SAE Competition, Penn College is no stranger to wheeled racing. Join us as PICL student-athlete’s put their muscle-powered wheels to dirt in the type of riding our community knows and loves.
Adventure Opener
Teams will explore a new-to-them trail system or freshly experience a familiar trail system, all while building connections and team culture.
Local Dirt Week
Short track, adventure-style, time trial or cross country…the possibilities for Local Dirt are endless. Whether you’re a Local Dirt rookie or veteran, gather up one or two local teams and get a Local Dirt scheduled for this week.

In-person networking and connection, sharing best practices, and new and refined coaching concepts for all coach levels. Plus, riding, riding and more riding!
GRiT Adventure Weekend
Hosted by PICL, GRiT Adventure Weekend at Raystown Lake brings together female student-athletes and coaches from across the region, including riders from neighboring states, for a weekend of skill-building and development, connection, and RIDING BIKES!

Blue Mountain welcomes us back for a second round of racing and we’re excited for the opportunity. You’ll want to leave time to check out Blue’s downhill park and on-site adventure activities, as well as hit up their stunning Slopeside Pub and Grill for a meal with views.

Boyce Big Ring Rally
Boyce Park welcomes us back to the only park in Pennsylvania with two NICA-approved courses. And this season, we’ll be hitting those trails in Rally format.
Huge thanks to the Pittsburgh Teams for the amazing work they’ve put into building and maintaining the trails and hosting us, once again, at Boyce Park.
