I’m Pete Vitale and I’m a PICL timing and scoring agent. I came into this role as an MTB coach and a professional “IT guy”. 

What I enjoy most about the timing and scoring role is seeing teams and families that encourage each other no matter what logo is on a rider’s jersey.  I get a birds eye view from the timing tent and see what all this great community has to offer!  I love coaching and mentoring.

I have 3 kids (2 are/were PICL riders) and I am currently head coach for the Franklin Regional School District MTB team. I am a level 3 NICA and USA BMX licensed coach. 

I’ve been on some form of two wheels since 1976 racing BMX as a youth in the 80’s and 2010’s then making a pivot to Mountain Bike riding and coaching.  When I’m not on two wheels I’m usually found snow skiing, racing a radio control car or playing Fortnite.
