Trek Easton is generously welcoming us into their space for an off-season, afternoon GRiT Clinic to create, connect, and learn. Special guest, Molly Hurford, will be joining us.
GET CREATIVE: Choose between creating bike-themed jewelry or painting a bike-themed masterpiece.
KNOW YOUR BIKE: Learn the ins and outs of how your bike works, hear some of the best tips on how to take great care of it, and ask a female bike mechanic anything you may have previously been hesitant or forgotten to ask.
MEET MOLLY: Talk with the amazing Molly Hurford, founder of Strong Girl Press and author of the Shred Girls book series. Discussion will include topics such as training and nutrition, as well as how to get over personal challenges and fears on the bike and race course.
Questions? Reach out to Katja and Lorraine at grit@pamtb.org.
This event is open to all female NICA student-athletes from PA, DE, NJ & NY. Please note that registration is limited to 25, after which we’ll generate a waitlist in case someone is unable to attend.
