Elizabeth (Liz) is many things to many people. Elizabeth raced mountain bikes and cross for a decade before moving to the more casual side of riding a bike. She enjoys many aspects of the outdoors and is passionate about promoting greater inclusion and belonging in outdoor spaces and activities.

To pay the bills, Elizabeth is the Associate Director of Organizational Development, Training & Culture at Valley Youth House. She also is an Outdoor Recreation Coordinator for Afros in Nature, a small non-profit “sowing seeds of safety” for people of color, has her own Social Media and Consulting business, Turtle Wandering Media and one of the co-founder of The HERD, a 12,000 member Zwift club for online cycling.

To round it out, Elizabeth is also a wedding officiant and has performed nuptials for over 2 dozen (mostly) happy couples.
